1.Milk – 1/2 ltr
2.Cornflour – 2 tbsp
3.Sugar – 1/2 cup
4.Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
5.Strawberry flavour liquid food colour – 2-3 drops
6.Cocoa powder – 2 tsp
i)Boil 1/2 l milk in a hard-bottomed pan at a medium flame.
ii)Keep the boiled milk in low flame .
iii)Mix 2 tbsp cornflour with 2 tbsp milk.
iv)Add the cornflour-milk mixture with the boiled milk and Stir it continuously in low flame for 10 mins in order to avoid lumps.
vi)Add sugar to the milk mixture and mix it well.
vii)Turn-off the flame and let it cool.
i)Divide the mixture from step 1 into 3 equal parts in different bowls.
Step:3 Procedure for vanilla ice cream.
i)Add vanilla essence in one of the bowls and mix it well.
iii)Grind the vanilla mixture for 2 minutes.
iv)Place the grind ed mixture in an air-tight container and place it in freezer for 2-3 hours.
v)After 2-3 hours,again grind the mixture for 2 minutes.
vi)Place the grind ed mixture in the freezer for 7-8 hours.
Tips: Increase the freezer temperature .
