How to Make Yummy Cheese Burst Pizza?
Ingredients for Pizza Base
|1.||All purpose Flour (Maida)||2 Cups(250grams)|
|2.||Lukewarm water||3/4 Cups|
|5.||Active Dry Yeast||1 Tsp|
Ingredients for Pizza Sauce
|6.||Tomato ketchup||1 Tbsp|
|7.||Italian seasoning||As required|
|9.||Kashmiri Red chilly powder||1 Tsp|
Ingredients for Pizza Toppings
|5.||Sweet Corn||2 Tbsp|
|6.||Black Olives||As required|
|7.||Mozzarella Cheese||As required|
|8.||Cheddar Cheese||As required|
Steps for Cheese Burst Pizza Base:
- Take lukewarm water in a bowl .
- Add sugar in it and allow it dissolve completely.
- Add active dry yeast and give a mix.
- Allow the yeast to activate for 5 minutes.
- Take all purpose flour in a bowl.
- Add required salt and ghee .
- Give a mix.
- Add the activated yeast mixture from step 1.
- Sprinkle required water and knead it.
- Spread some all purpose flour on the clean surface.
- Place dough on the surface and knead it for 10-15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes,make a ball of the dough and let it for 1 hour.
Steps for Pizza Sauce:
- Boil tomatoes,onions,red chillies and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Allow the boiled items to cool completely.
- Peel tomatoes and grind all the boiled items into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Pour the grind ed mixture from step 1.
- Add Kashmiri red chilly powder, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning and tomato ketchup .
- Give a mix and allow it to boil to get thick consistency.
Pizza Sauce is ready..
Steps for Pizza Arrangements:
- Split the dough into two position :One big and other small.
- Spread the small position into a shape of chappathi or roti.
- Heat the spread dough mildly in a tawa for 30 seconds.
- Keep it aside.
- Take the big position of dough in a round plate and spread it evenly.
- Place cheese slices on the dough.
- Place the heat dough from step 1 and fold the edges.
- Spread the pizza sauce.
- Spread grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
- Decorate it with sliced toppings.
- Place a small stand in pan .
- Close the pan and allow it to heat for 15 minutes in high flame.
- After 15 minutes of preheating, place the decorated pizza dough on the stand and allow it to bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, take the baked pizza out .
- Cut the pizza with pizza cutter or knife into pieces.
- Sprinkle chilly flakes or Italian seasoning and serve it.
