When we say Fat loss -if the first thing that pops into your mind in Supplements, then you’re totally going the wrong way. Because there more important things to be prioritized during the process like – Nutrition, Workout and Sleep. All the three are as important as each other as it is a process through which this can be achieved. After having performed all the three things to perfection, to push the result percentage on the higher side, supplements can be used.

The first and the most important one is Whey Protein Isolate (Any brand). It is a fast digesting protein which is primarily used in Fat loss program. With this, we can cut down all the unnecessary fat like carbohydrates. It would be suggestible if there is no maltodextrin in it. But if it is a proper whey protein isolate, then it must have no carbohydrates, no fats, no lactose, no cholesterol and no maltodextrin. This can be used by anyone – from Beginner to Advanced.

Along with this, we also need BCAA- Branched Chain Amino Acids. These are essential amino acids i.e., which are not produced naturally by our body. It helps to re-build our muscle tissue and also prevents muscle breakdown. When we wake up in the morning, our body is in a catabolic stage. This is a stage where our body breaks down muscles or protein tissues for energy. This has to be brought to anabolic stage i.e., body breaking down fat cells for energy during our workout time. BCAA helps in that conversion.

The next one is totally optional. We can add glutamine too viz a non-essential amino acid which is produced by our body itself. Then why should we add it again? If we are training every muscle in our body twice a week, then there should be a lot of soreness in our body. The recovery process of those muscles should be at a faster rate. It takes around one week for our body to produce glutamine naturally. So that’s the reason we’re adding glutamine.

PS: Glutamine should be added only if every muscle is our body is trained twice a week and the level of working out should be intermediate/advanced.
